Ofer brings decades of experience managing construction, renovation and building-maintenance projects. He's fluent in reading plans, preparing bills of quantities and managing contractors and subcontractors — with a background as a property assessor. Among other roles he managed building-restoration projects at CleanCor, worked alongside architects and insurance adjusters, and ran construction projects worth tens of millions of shekels. That hands-on know-how is what lets Benefit not just plan — but execute in the field, down to the last detail.
Oded Dorzbacher
Decades of experience managing industrial companies and complex projects — from manufacturing and robotics to logistics. Oded has led multidisciplinary companies and projects end to end, specializing in work-process optimization through LEAN, Kaizen and Six Sigma.
